Faulty, Damaged Products, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the item delivered is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

For returns, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price
  • Shipping costs (for the original order)
  • Return shipping costs (if a receipt is provided), or we will arrange a free pickup.

For exchanges, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Cover return shipping costs (if a receipt is provided), or we will arrange a free pickup.
